At Keep My Frame, we specialize in replacing the lenses in your existing eyeglasses or sunglasses. You send us your frames, we create custom lenses to your specs, and then ship everything back to you. Simple and stress-free.
We do not manufacture or sell new frames — our focus is on giving your current frames a new life with high-quality lenses.
When using our website, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information during checkout
Use the site only for lawful purposes
Avoid interfering with the site’s performance or security
Not attempt to access restricted areas or other users' data
We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be 100% error-free at all times.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are the rightful owner of the frame being sent
You understand that the frame must be physically shipped to us
You accept responsibility for the lens type and prescription details submitted
Once we receive your frame, we inspect it for relensing suitability. If we can’t complete the job, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.
Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days after receiving your frame.
Orders are returned via tracked, secure shipping.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses.
Please double-check your address — mistakes here can result in lost packages, and we can’t refund for those.
We treat every frame with care. If your frame is lost or damaged during return shipping from us to you, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
However, if your frame is lost on the way to us, we are not responsible. We strongly recommend using trackable, insured shipping and packing your frame securely.
We want you to love your lenses. If you're not satisfied:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your re-lensed frame
We’ll try to remake the lenses, resolve the issue, or offer a refund
Refunds are subject to review and may not include original shipping fees
We do not refund if the frame you send is unusable or damaged beyond repair
Custom prescription lenses are non-returnable and may not be eligible for full refunds
All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and branding — belongs to Keep My Frame. You may not copy or reuse any content without our written permission.
Your uploaded prescriptions, form inputs, and messages remain your property, but by using our site, you give us permission to use that information to fulfill your order.
While we always aim for excellence, there are a few things we can’t be held responsible for, such as:
Damage caused by misuse of the lenses
Incorrect prescription or PD information submitted by the customer
Shipping delays or issues outside our control
Frames that arrive broken or altered in unrepairable ways
Personal preference-related returns
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally to reflect changes in our business or in the law. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above.
